The dance steps in Samba are usually made in tune with the certain beats. That is why Samba is a perfect choice either for a marvelous solo or a pair performance! Partners perform at a certain distance from each other, but definitely keeping the enjoyable for both and the audience a dance pattern. Only in Samba it is possible and sometimes even encouraging to “split” the pair with the help of fascinatingly smooth arms movements. Samba, a couple dance, is characterized as a bouncy dance where a huge deal of attention is drawn to the hips and knees, the way they move to music that carries the spirit of fiesta only! Besides, it gives kind of freedom to the dancers in their performance. Being mistakenly considered as a country of origin, Brazil has almost nothing to do with a dance that has African roots and European technical development. Samba, as a beauty in the movement, is the best remedy for feeling blue! Dancing, luckily, has only bright colours where Samba seems to be the brightest and the merriest dance, out of the whole color map. Every single one of us paints it in as many colourful shades as possible. There is no place for melancholy or sadness in this world. “Life is a festival!
